Please take note that we have no inventory of most of the dresses. All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 25~30 days for making.
Custom Size & ColorIt is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you may leave the message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements when checkout. Learn more about our policy of the custom made dress.
Dress could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/Any requirements with you via email before Making.

Return & ExchangeMyweddingsales wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments or disatisfaction must be approved by Myweddingsales within four business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless Myweddingsales is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.

How to Measure:
To ensure accurate measurements we suggest having a professional seamstress measure you. If you do not get a professional seamstress to take your measurements you should follow this guide to ensure proper fit.
Please Note: You should always have someone else take your measurements, physically measuring yourself will provide you with inaccurate numbers, so please have someone help you.
Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
